I herewith give notice of a vacancy for a Parish Councillor arising from the resignation of Councillor:

Unless ten electors of the Parish give written notice to the *Proper Officer of the District Council within 14 days# after the date of this notice requesting an election to fill this vacancy, the Parish Council may be able to fill the vacancy by co-option by the Parish Council.
